FibaAnahtar

FibaAnahtar is the identity validation tool required for you to perform your banking transactions safely via our digital channels and call center.

As Fibabanka, we implement an identity validation mechanism with two factors independent from each other to ensure your information security. We use the FibaAnahtar, which is positioned as one of these factors, as an identity validation tool with a high sensitivity of privacy that is directly determined and only known by you. It is extremely important for us that your FibaAnahtar is defined correctly to our banking system, and its privacy is ensured. In this context, we keep your information in our systems by taking the necessary security measures.

FibaAnahtar is a private password that is only known by you. You can start using our uninterrupted, fast, and convenient banking services by creating your FibaAnahtar for us to know you safely.

You may create your FibaAnahtar by;

*Create FibaAnahtar from the Create/Update step by clicking the Security Operations tab in our Fibabanka Mobile application.

*Logging in our Fibabanka Mobile application and selecting the ''Scanning New Chip T.R. ID Card'' in the Get/Forgot Password step,
Applying by sending an SMS to 3422 as follows: ''Text FibaAnahtar and your T.R. ID Card Number by leaving a space in between'',
Calling our Telephone Banking number of 444 88 88,
Visiting the closest Fibabanka branch.

*You must have a new T.R. ID Card having chip inside and NFC (Near Field Communication) in your phone.

How Can You Update Your FibaAnahtar?

*Create Fibabanka from the Create/Update step by clicking the Security Operations tab in our Fibabanka Mobile application.
Following the ''FibaAnahtar Update'' step under the ''Security'' menu in our Mobile and Online Banking channels,
Calling our Telephone Banking number of 444 88 88,
Visiting the closest Fibabanka branch.

*You must have a new T.R. ID Card having chip inside and NFC (Near Field Communication) in your phone.

There are certain criteria set for creating a safer FibaAnahtar. Please create your FibaAnahtar in accordance with the criteria listed below and never share your FibaAnahtar with anyone not even Fibabanka employess.

Your FibaAnahtar should be created as follows:

It should consist of letters or letters + numbers.
It should not include such successive numbers as 12345 or 98765.
It should not include repetitive numbers such as 111 or 2222.
It should be different from your personal information.
It should not contain the names of the stores you shop from and should not be easy to guess
