Executive Board

Serdar Yılmaz holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Middle East Technical University, and has also completed master’s programs in Business Administration at Istanbul Bilgi University and in International Banking and Finance at Istanbul Commerce University.

Yılmaz began his career as a software engineer at Türkiye İş Bankası and subsequently served in various managerial roles in technology architecture, project and program management, and data management. Between 2015 and 2020, he held roles as a Member of the Board of Directors at Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik and as the Artificial Intelligence Area Leader at Türkiye İş Bankası.

Since September 2020, Yılmaz has been serving as Executive Vice President in charge of Information Technologies and Banking Operations at Fibabanka. He also continues to serve as a Member of the Board of Directors at Finberg Araştırma Geliştirme Danışmanlık Yatırım Hizmetleri A.Ş. and Fiba Sigorta A.Ş., as Member of the Board of Directors at Fiba Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş., and as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Alış Gidiş Miks Teknoloji Danışmanlık ve Elektronik Ticaret A.Ş.
