FX Market is an investment feature, which you can easily access through our Fibabanka Mobile and Internet Banking channels and which allows you to securely conduct your exchange rate and precious metal trading transactions. Using FX Market, any Fibabanka customer can conduct foreign exchange/precious metal trading transactions swiftly and securely through our Fibabanka Mobile and Internet Banking channels.

How Can I Access FX Market?

You can easily access FX Market through Finansal Market on the main page or the Transactions menu after you log in to our Mobile or Internet Banking channels.

What Can I Do with FX Market?

You can keep track of exchange rates on real-time basis by entering the "Exchange Rates" page. You can create your own tracking list by clicking the “Edit Exchange Rates” button.

You can conduct any foreign exchange and precious metal transaction by pressing the "Buy & Sell" buttons.

Using the "Add Alarm" feature; you can set alarms for your targeted exchange rate or precious metal rate levels for the currencies or precious metals of your choice, and receive notifications when such exchange rate or precious metal rate attains your desired level.

Using the "Add Order" feature; you can add buying orders at your desired exchange rate or precious metal rate for the currency or precious metal of your choice. FX Market keeps track of the exchange rates for you, automatically executes your order and notifies you.

You can keep track of the latest market news through the "News" section.

Key Information

• FX Market runs by keeping track of the markets on real-time basis for 24 hours on 5 week days. FX Market, which is closed for service during the weekend, is reopened for service for foreign exchanges at 01.00 and for gold and silver at 02.00 every Monday. (The said hours may vary depending on the Summer/Winter time or different time zones.)
• Since foreign markets are closed between 01.00-02.00, commodity (gold and silver) cannot be bought and transactions cannot bet conducted during the said period of time.
• Also, the rate feed on FX Market can be interrupted during the public holidays or in the event of the occurrence of any event that impacts the markets in abroad. When or if you cannot conduct transactions on FX Market, you can conduct foreign exchange, gold and silver transactions through the Investment Menu on our Mobile and Internet Banking channels or through our Telephone Banking channel by dialing 444 88 88.
• Since FX Market is closed for service during the weekends, the Foreign Exchange, Gold and Silver buying and selling tabs that are available in the Investment Menu on our Mobile and Internet Banking channels are reactivated during the weekends in order to enable you to conduct your transactions. On Mondays; FX Market is reopened for service and the Foreign Exchange, Gold and Silver buying and selling tabs that are available in the Investment Menu are deactivated.
• The activation and deactivation times for the Investment menu are provided as follows:
  Activation: 23.45 on every Friday
  Deactivation: 01.00 on every Monday
• The timeframe for FX Market to be open for service is provided as follows:
  Between 01.00 on every Monday and 23.50 on every Friday.
