Born in 1944. Mr.Özyeğin graduated from Robert Academy in 1963. Also, Mr. Özyeğin holds a BS degree in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University and an MBA degree from Harvard Business School. He was the General Manager of Pamukbank during 1977-1984 and General Manager and CEO of Yapı ve Kredi Bank during 1984-1987. Mr.Özyeğin founded Finansbank in 1987 and served as the Founder and Chairman of Finansbank A.Ş. between 1987 – 2010.

Hüsnü M. Özyeğin is also the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Özyeğin University and Member of the Board at Fibabanka A.Ş.

Born in 1955. Mr.Bozer holds a BA degree in Business Administration from Indiana University and an MBA degree from Roosevelt University. He started his banking career in 1984 at CitiBank. He joined Finansbank as branch manager in 1988 and then appointed as the General Manager of Finansbank (Credit Europe Bank) Suisse S.A. between 1991 and 1993. Then Mr.Bozer served as the General Manager of Finansbank A.Ş. between 1995-1999. Since 1999, he has been Board Member of Fiba Group's international Banks and Fiba Holding A.Ş. He still serves in the Board of Directors of Fibabanka and Credit Europe Bank Suisse.

Born in 1962. Following his graduation from the Business Administration department of Boğaziçi University, he completed his master degree in the same department. He worked in Istanbul and Boston offices of Ernst&Young between 1984-1996 and got CPA licence from Turkey and Massachusetts, USA. While serving as a partner, he joined Finansbank as Assistant General Manager in 1997 and he was Managing Director in the Board of Directors of Finansbank until the end of 2009. Mr. Güleşci furthermore assumes various responsibilities in the Board of Directors of Fiba Group’s financial and non financial, domestic and international investments.

Born in 1969, Ömer Mert graduated from the Industrial Engineering Department at ITU, he received an MA degree in the Engineering Management program at the same university. In 1993, he embarked upon his career in the insurance industry, working for various companies. Following that, between 2003 and 2005, he worked at Fortis Emeklilik ve Hayat A.Ş.; and between 2005 and 2012, at Garanti Emeklilik ve Hayat A.Ş. as Assistant General Manager. He served as General Manager and Board Member at Fiba Emeklilik ve Hayat A.Ş. between 2012 and 2017. Since January 2017, he has served as a Board Member and General Manager at Fibabanka. Additionally, Ömer Mert is the Chairman of the Board of Finberg Araştırma Geliştirme Danışmanlık Yatırım Hizmetleri A.Ş., Deputy Chairman of the Fiba Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş., Deputy Chairman of the Fiba Sigorta A.Ş, a Member of the Board at HDI Fiba Emeklilik ve Hayat A.Ş. , the Chairman of the Board at Alış Gidiş Elektronik Tic. A.Ş., Auditor Member of the Board of Directors of the Banks Association of Türkiye, Board Member of TÜSİAD and Head of the Economy and Finance Desk.

Born in 1962. After completing his education in Boğaziçi University Industrial Engineering, he worked at İktisat Bank A.Ş. between 1985-1988. He joined Fiba Group in 1988. He worked as the General Manager of Finansbank (Credit Europe Bank) Holland between the years of 1996-1999 and of Finansbank A.Ş. between the years of 1999-2003. Since then, he has been Board Member of Fiba Group's international Banks and Fiba Holding A.Ş. He still serves in the Board of Directors of Fibabanka, Credit Europe Bank Russia ve Credit Europe Bank Romania.

Born in 1960, Ata Köseoğlu graduated from Boğaziçi University Department of Mechanical Engineering in 1982 and completed his MSc degree in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University and MBA at Boston University. His banking career starting in 1986 at Iktisat Bank and continued at Finansbank. Between 1994-1999, he worked in New York at Bear Stearns and later in Paris, Société Générale, as Managing Director responsible from Turkey and Middle East. Mr. Koseoglu was CEO at Credit Suisse First Boston during 2000-2005, Chairman and CEO at TEB Investment during 2006-2011, Strategy and Business Development President of Sabancı Holding A.Ş. during 2011-2019. He acted as the Chairman of Akçansa and Çimsa, he became President of Retail Group and worked as the Chairman of both Carrefoursa and Teknosa in April 2017.

Köseoğlu currently serves as Senior Advisor at Simon Kucher Partners and acts as a consultant to different companies.

Erman Kalkadelen holds a BA degree in Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Labor Economics from Ankara University and an MBA degree from Sabancı University. Erman Kalkandelen is the CEO of Franklin Templeton Turkiye Danismanlik A.S. for Turkey. He serves on the board of directors of Defacto Perakende Ticaret A.Ş, Şok Marketler Ticaret A.Ş. and Gözde Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. Kalkandelen has been a Member of the Board of Directors at Fibabanka since July, 2021.

Ali Fuat Erbil, born in 1968, graduated from the Middle East Technical University with a degree in Computer Engineering. Following his undergraduate studies, he pursued a master's degree at Bilkent University and completed his doctoral studies at Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Management.

He began his professional career at Interbank from 1992 to 1997. From 1997 to 2019, Erbil served at Garanti Bank, holding various managerial positions. After managing different departments, he took on roles as General Manager and Board Member. He served as the Chairman of the Board at Garanti Bank International (Netherlands), Garanti Bank Romania, Garanti Leasing A.Ş. Garanti Emeklilik A.Ş., Garanti Faktoring A.Ş., Garanti Yatırım A.Ş., Garanti Payment Systems A.Ş., and Garanti Teknoloji A.Ş.

Following his tenure at Garanti Bank, Erbil continued his roles as a board member at Credit Europe Bank Netherlands and Ukraine, Dogan Holding AS, Kanal D Romania, and TAM Finans Faktoring AS. Additionally, he became a member of the Global Advisory Board of C2FO, a US-based company. Since June 2023, Erbil has been serving as a Board Member at Fibabanka A.Ş.

Betül Ebru Edin graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Civil Engineering in 1993 and received her Master's degree from Işık University. In 1993, Ms. Edin started her career in Banking and continued her career at Garanti Bank in 1997 in the Corporate Banking Department until 2009 when she took the role of Executive Vice President responsible for Project and Acquisition Finance.  From 2017 she took the role of leading Corporate and Investment Banking till 2022.

Betül Ebru Edin currently serves as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of BSCD Türkiye (Business Council for Sustainable Development), the Board of Directors of the Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts (İKSV) and the Board of Directors of the 30 Percent Club. Ms. Edin has been a member of the Board of Directors of Fibabanka A.Ş. since September 2023.

He began his career in 1998 as a financial analyst in the New York office of the Merger and Acquisition Group of Bear Stearns & Co., a New York-based global investment bank and transferred to the company’s London office as a Senior Analyst in 2000.

He returned to Turkey in 2003 to take an active role in the management of FIBA Group, founded by his father Hüsnü Özyeğin. He established the Strategic Planning and Business Development divisions at Finansbank (owned by FIBA Group until 2006) and FIBA Holding.

Before assuming the role of Chairperson of FIBA Group, Murat Özyeğin served as a member of the Board of Directors between 2003-2019. He is also Vice Chairman of Credit Europe Bank, the group’s largest subsidiary in finance and Chairman of all non-financial subsidiaries.

Murat Özyeğin also serves as Vice President of the Turkish Industrialists and Businessmen Association (TÜSİAD), Chairperson of Türkiye–U.S. Business Council, Chairperson of the Advisory Board of Women on Board Association Turkey, Vice President of Energy Efficiency Association, Member of Board of Trustees of Özyeğin University, Board Member of Hüsnü M. Özyeğin Foundation, member of Harvard University Global Advisory Council, member of Board of Dean’s Advisory of Harvard Business School, member of Endeavor Board of Directors and member of Global Relations Forum.

He has been serving as Honorary Consul – General of the Republic of Singapore since 2016.

He graduated Carnegie Mellon University with a double major in Industrial Management and Economics and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

He is 48 years old and has four children
