Born in 1969, Ömer Mert graduated from the Department of Industrial Engineering at Istanbul Technical University (ITU) and subsequently completed his master’s degree in Engineering Management at the same faculty.
After beginning his professional career in the insurance sector in 1993 and holding various positions at different companies, he served as Executive Vice President at Fortis Emeklilik ve Hayat A.Ş. between 2003 and 2005, and at Garanti Emeklilik ve Hayat A.Ş. between 2005 and 2012.
Between 2012 and 2017, Mert served as a Member of the Board of Directors and General Manager at Fiba Emeklilik ve Hayat A.Ş., and since January 2017 he has been serving as a Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Fibabanka A.Ş. Born in 1971, Elif Alsev Utku Özbey graduated from the Department of Business Administration at Boğaziçi University and subsequently completed her master’s degree in Business Administration at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Utku worked at PwC between 1994 and 1995, and between 1995 and 2009 held various positions in the Financial Control and Reporting Departments at Finansbank A.Ş., ultimately serving as Executive Vice President in charge of Financial Reporting and Planning.
Appointed as Finance Director within Fiba Holding in 2009, Utku was subsequently appointed as Executive Vice President in charge of Financial Control and Financial Reporting at Fibabanka A.Ş. in January 2011. As of January 2017, Utku has been serving as Executive Executive Vice President of Fibabanka A.Ş., and she also holds the position of Acting General Manager.
In addition to these roles, she also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Fiba Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. and HDI Fiba Emeklilik ve Hayat A.Ş., as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Finberg Araştırma Geliştirme Danışmanlık Yatırım Hizmetleri A.Ş., and as a Member of the Board of Directors at Fiba Sigorta A.Ş.
Born in 1975, Ahu Dolu graduated from the Department of Economics at Marmara University and began her banking career in 1997 in the Foreign Relations Department of Finansbank A.Ş. After serving in various positions in the Foreign Relations Department between 1997 and 2007, she joined Fiba Holding A.Ş. in 2007 and became the Department Director in charge of Structured Finance. Joining Fibabanka in June 2011, Dolu continues to serve as Executive Vice President in charge of Financial Institutions, Investor Relations, and Sustainability.

Born in 1970, Gökhan Ertürk completed his bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations at the same university after completing the Departments of Electronics and Business Administration at Boğaziçi University with a double major program.
In 2003, he embarked upon his career at Turkish Airlines A.Ş. Between 1996 and 1997, he worked in the Cash Management and Electronic Banking department as an Assistant Manager at İktisat Bank and in 1997-2002, he worked as a Department Manager at Turkish Economy Bank. As of 2002, he continued to serve as the head of Akbank's SME Banking Department, and between 2006 and 2014, he served as the Deputy General Manager of Retail Banking at DenizBank. Following his position as Deputy General Manager of Retail Banking at Şekerbank in 2014-2019, he served as the General Manager at Turk Finance A.Ş. Gökhan Ertürk is currently Assistant General Manager in charge of Ecosystem and Platform Banking.
Born in 1975, Gerçek Önal graduated from the Faculty of Law at Ankara University and later completed an MBA in International Business Law at Yeditepe University.
After beginning his professional career at a private law firm, he served as a Lawyer at T. Garanti Bankası A.Ş. between 2001 and 2008, and as Legal Counsel at Garanti Ödeme Sistemleri A.Ş. between 2008 and 2012.
Önal, who joined Fibabanka in 2012, currently serves as Chief Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Fibabanka A.Ş., where he is in charge of Legal Advisory Services, Enforcement Proceedings Services, Litigation Services, and Legal Operations Services. Mr. Önal also serves as a Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Fiba Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. and as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Alış Gidiş Miks Teknoloji Danışmanlık ve Elektronik Ticaret A.Ş.
Born in 1975, İbrahim Toprak graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering at Middle East Technical University and subsequently completed his master’s degree in Business Administration at the same university.
Mr. Toprak began his career in 2003 at Akbank A.Ş. as an Assistant Dealer in the Fixed Income Securities Department. After continuing as a Dealer in the Treasury Marketing Department between 2004 and 2005, he joined the Derivatives Products Department in 2005 and served as a Manager in the Derivatives Products Trading Department from 2005 to 2010. After serving as Manager of Asset–Liability Management & Funds Transfer Pricing between 2011 and 2018, he most recently continued his career as Manager in the Balance Sheet Management Department.
Mr. Toprak joined Fibabanka A.Ş. in 2020 and continues to serve as Executive Vice President in charge of Treasury. Mr. Toprak also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Fiba Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. and Finberg Araştırma Geliştirme Danışmanlık Yatırım Hizmetleri A.Ş., and as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Fiba Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş.
Serdar Yılmaz holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Middle East Technical University, and has also completed master’s programs in Business Administration at Istanbul Bilgi University and in International Banking and Finance at Istanbul Commerce University.
Yılmaz began his career as a software engineer at Türkiye İş Bankası and subsequently served in various managerial roles in technology architecture, project and program management, and data management. Between 2015 and 2020, he held roles as a Member of the Board of Directors at Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik and as the Artificial Intelligence Area Leader at Türkiye İş Bankası.
Since September 2020, Yılmaz has been serving as Executive Vice President in charge of Information Technologies and Banking Operations at Fibabanka. Completing his undergraduate studies in the Department of Industrial Engineering at Bilkent University in 1999, Sertan Eratay received his Master of Business Administration degree in 2007 by ranking first in his class from the Executive MBA program at Boğaziçi University. Eratay began his 24-year career as an internal auditor at GarantiBBVA Bank and later served as a branchless banking manager and he then held senior executive roles at Turkcell for ten years in the areas of digital transformation, internet services, and e-commerce. In 2015, he joined R/GA, a New York–based digital innovation and design company, where he established the firm’s Turkey and Middle East office and led its growth in the region as General Manager.
Since 2017, Eratay has been serving as an Associate Partner at McKinsey, where he has played key roles in shaping the digital strategies, AI transformations, and growth journeys of more than 20 companies across the banking, retail, and e-commerce sectors in four different countries.
As of June 2025, Eratay has joined Fibabanka and continues to serve as Executive Vice President in charge of Mobile Channels Sales and Marketing. Mr. Eratay serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Alış Gidiş Miks Teknoloji Danışmanlık ve Elektronik Ticaret A.Ş.
Born in 1969, Aykut Büyük graduated from the Department of Economics (English) at Istanbul University. He began his professional career in 1991 at Pamukbank as a Corporate and Commercial Marketing Officer and continued in the same role at Alternatifbank between 1993 and 1994. From 1994 to 1998, he served as the Branch Manager of Demirbank Tuzla Free Zone Branch, followed by his role as Head of Corporate and Commercial Banking Department at Yaşarbank between 1998 and 2000.
In 2000, Büyük joined Finansbank, where he worked as Branch Manager of Levent Sanayi Branch until 2006, and then as Group Manager of Commercial and SME Loans between 2006 and 2014. In March 2014, he was appointed as Branch Manager of Fibabanka Head Office Branch, and from 2016 onwards, he served as Director of Corporate Loans at Fibabanka.
Since September 5, 2025, he has been serving as Executive Vice President of Loans at Fibabanka.
