Without waiting for your Hızlı Kart to be physically delivered to you, you can create your digital debit card within seconds from our Mobile and Internet Banking channels, and you may authorize your card for your online shopping and start using it safely. As soon as you become a Fibabanka customer after the date of 17.06.2021, your Fibabanka Hızlı Kart will be automatically created as an inactive card. Our current customers, working with our Bank prior the said date will be able to create their digital debit cards in seconds, from our Mobile and Internet Banking channels.

How can I apply if I want my Fibabanka Hızlı Kart in printed copy as well?

It is also very easy to receive printed copy of your Fibabanka Hızlı Kart. You may request a printed card from our Mobile and Internet Banking channels by respectively clicking to My Bank Cards / Card Settings, and by clicking the “I Want a Printed Card” / Apply button. You can also make your application through our 444 88 88 Telephone Banking and at all of our branches.

You may activate “Internet Shopping” option under My Bank Cards / Card Settings, either at the time of your application or later as you may wish, from our Mobile and Internet Banking channels. Do I Need to Create a Password for my Digital Hızlı Kart?

You don’t need to create a password for your Digital Hızlı Kart. You can start using your card by authorizing your card for online shopping and telephone/mail shopping from the Card Settings Section of the Fibabanka Mobile. In cases where you prefer to receive the printed copy of your digital card, you are required to create a password for your printed card.

How can I create my card password?

You can create a password for your Fibabanka Hızlı Kart via the “Card Settings” / Get Password button on our Mobile and Internet Banking channels, via SMS or by calling our Telephone Banking at 444 88 88.

How can I create my card password on Fibabanka Mobile or Internet Banking channels?

After logging into our Fibabanka Mobile or Internet Banking channel, you can create your Hızlı Kart password in seconds respectively from the Products / Cards / Card Password Transactions section or over the Products / Cards / My Bank Cards / Card Settings / Get Password button.

How can I create my card password with SMS?

You can send an SMS to 3422 by typing “SIFRE” and creating a 4-digit password, which is consisting the first 2 letters of your FibaAnahtar and the last 4 digits of your card, by leaving a space between them. In the first transaction you will make from ATMs or POS devices, your password will be loaded on your card and activated. Example: SIFRE 1234 AN 5678 is typed and sent to 3422 as an SMS.

My Card has been Renewed, Will its Password Change?

There is no need to create a new password for card renewal operations caused by the expiration of the card or the malfunction of the card magnet. With your new card, you can enter the password of your old card during ATM or POS transactions. After the transaction, your password is automatically assigned to your new card.

My Card has been Renewed as a result of Lost/Stolen, Will its Password Change?

Yes. For your lost/stolen card, you can create your new password via SMS or by calling our Telephone Banking at 444 88 88. After you create a new password, during the first transaction you will make from ATMs or POS devices, your new password will be loaded on your card and activated.

How do I update my card or billing information?

I forgot my password - what do I do?

Simply go to the Masterpass™ homepage to sign in, select the Forgot your Password link, and follow the on-screen instructions. If you need to change your password, click Edit next to Wallet Information . From there, enter your old and new Password to change your information. When you’re finished be sure to select Continue.

What should I do if my mobile device is lost or stolen?

Your card information is still secure with Masterpass, and is not stored on your device. For extra security in case your wallet password is the same as other unsecured passwords on your mobile device, you should change your password. If not, you can change your password on the Masterpass site by signing in to your Masterpass account.

How do I delete my Masterpass account?

You can delete your account at any time by logging on from your computer. First, you'll need to sign into your Masterpass account using either your mobile number or email. Once you're signed in, click Edit next to Wallet Information. Under Wallet Information select the Delete Wallet link at the bottom left side of the page. You will receive a pop up asking you to confirm that you wanted your wallet deleted - click to confirm. When your account is deleted, all information is removed from the Masterpass database.

I have a debit card with Maestro feature. I applied for the Digital Hızlı Kart. How can I use my cards?

You can continue to use your current Maestro-featured debit card until its expiration date. When your Maestro- featured debit card expires and it is time to renew it, your card will be renewed as a printed Hızlı Kart. You can continue to use your Digital Hızlı Kart for your online shopping transactions.

I have a debit card with Maestro feature. I applied for the Printed Fast Card. How can I use my cards?

Your Maestro- featured debit card will be canceled and closed for use, in your first ATM/POS transaction with your newly printed Hızlı Kart. You can continue your shopping with your Hızlı Kart.

I have a debit card with Maestro feature. I applied for the Digital Hızlı Kart . Then I also applied for the Printed Hızlı Kart. How can I use my cards?

In accordance with the security policies of our Bank, your digital fast card is temporarily closed for use, within 24 hours from the time of application for a printed card. Your Maestro- featured bank card will be canceled upon your first ATM/POS transaction to be realized with your new physical Hızlı Kart.

Your Digital Hızlı Kart will be available for use again upon the first transaction you will make with your physical Hızlı Kart.

How will card renewals be made?

When it is time to renew for your Maestro- featured debit card due to expiration or due to lost, stolen, renewal, magnetic failure, all kinds of printed card renewals will be made via the Fibabanka Hızlı Kart. When you switch from Maestro card to theHızlı Kart for the first time, you need to set a password to use your card.
