Remarks:
1. Member pool accounts used for issue and public offering on CDS (Central Dematerialized System), physical unknown shareholder accounts, CBoRoT omnibus accounts and the accounts opened with Takasbank (Settlement and Custody

4. In accordance with Article 12 of the General
Principles; some TRY 100 additional monthly fee is charged on the members, who keep stocks of DO&CO Aktiengesellschaft, being an Austrian company, on the Central Dematerialized System.
